FAQ

Where does your station list come from?

From the official DVSA publication “Active MOT test stations” (gov.uk), retrieved 2026-10-10. We republish it in a searchable, town-based format and update from the source.

Where are the pass rates?

Per-station pass rates require DVSA statistics access (API). We have applied; until then we show zero invented numbers — that is the whole point of this site.

Is this an official government site?

No. MOTPassRates.co.uk is independent and not affiliated with DVSA/DVLA. The official checker is on gov.uk.

Can I book an MOT here?

Not yet. We link to stations’ locations; bookings stay with the stations themselves.
